By using Clypixa you agree to the following terms.

Permitted use

Clypixa provides a tool to fetch publicly available video and audio formats from YouTube. You may download a full file or selected clip only when you own the content, have explicit permission to download it, or the content is legally available for reuse, such as under an appropriate Creative Commons license.

Selected clips

Choosing a shorter segment does not change the copyright status of the source video. Clip downloads are subject to the same permission, copyright, and platform-rule requirements as full downloads.

Prohibited use

  • Downloading copyrighted material without permission.
  • Bypassing DRM, paywalls, age gates, region locks, login requirements, or other access controls.
  • Downloading private, members-only, paywalled, login-only, or otherwise restricted content.
  • Automated mass downloading, scraping, or reselling our service.
  • Any use that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or applicable law.

No affiliation

Clypixa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. References to YouTube describe compatibility with public URLs and do not imply approval by the platform or any rights holder.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Availability of specific formats and clip preparation depends on public YouTube formats, yt-dlp, ffmpeg, and upstream platform behavior, and may change without notice.

Liability

You are solely responsible for how you use any downloaded content, including selected clips. We are not liable for misuse.
