Clypixa respects the intellectual property rights of others. The service is intended only for public YouTube videos that users have the right or permission to download, whether they request a full file or a selected clip.

Submit a notice

If you believe content accessed through our tool infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA-compliant notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. The specific YouTube URL you believe to be infringing.
3. The relevant clip times, if your report concerns a selected segment.
4. Your contact information, including name, email, and address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Important context

Clypixa does not host YouTube's source videos and does not bypass DRM, paywalls, login requirements, private access, or other restrictions. Copyright notices targeting the source content should also be directed to YouTube. We can review abuse reports related to use of this service and may block specific URLs from being processed on our end.

Repeat concerns and blocking

If a URL, channel, or pattern of use creates repeated rights concerns, include that context in your notice. Where technically practical, Clypixa may block specific URLs or adjust abuse-prevention rules for the service. Because the source material is hosted by YouTube, rights holders should also use YouTube's copyright reporting tools for the underlying video.

Good-faith reporting

Please send accurate, complete notices. Reports should identify the work, the disputed URL, your authority to act, and the specific concern. Do not include passwords, private account access, or restricted material that is not needed to evaluate the notice.
